The 7th Annual Memorial Veterans
Ride & Hot Rod Show
to be held on Sunday May 30, 2010 at The Gardner Fish and Gun Club from 7am till 7pm. There will be raffles Galore, Vendors, and some of the best music in the area with the return of Wylie and The Boogiemen and Special guest Hiedi Jo Hanson to kick of the BBQ at high noon. Chapter 907 works hard to pull this event off every year and has found it to be growing in size every year. We currently need volenteers and Vendors for the event. The club cooks us a beautiful Chicken BBQ but they can only handle 500 birds. This means unless you want to eat crow and Hot Dogs, you will need to send us your order before May 15th 2010 so we can get the order placed. In past years we have sold out many times to the surprize of some. Red Tickets for BBQ only are $15.00 Wht. Ticket is $25.00 and includes ride entrance fee & one BBQ dinner. The Blue ticket is for two BBQ's and one ride entry fee. To be in the ride alone is $10 per vehicle. Vendors will be provided a map of locations that they can set up at. Each space will be 10x10 on a first come first serve basis@$25 . per space. If a vendor has to keep their car or truck on site it will be concidered an extra space thus $50.Last year was our first you starting and ending the ride at the Gardner Fish and Gun Club so we heard all moans and grones.
