The MACV Handbook for US Forces in Vietnam. At least the Army had "something". Us Marines were just "turned loose"..
This should bring back memories. It was over 100 page flip up book stapled together with a large staple and looked very crude, but it was the only 'real guide' for Vietnam in the 60's
